No prob ~ here’s how to bake all of our cookies:
REFRIGERATED:
PRE-HEAT oven to 350° F with rack 2/3 high
PLACE cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on lined or ungreased baking sheet
BAKE for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden
FROZEN:
PRE-HEAT oven to 300° F with rack 2/3 high
PLACE cookie dough portions 2 inches apart on lined or ungreased baking sheet
BAKE for 16-18 minutes or until edges are golden
HELPFUL HINTS:
SPIN THE BAKING SHEET around half way through baking (after about 5-6 min). Bake cookies until the edges are golden.
SOFT OR CRISPY depending on your cookie preference; take cookies out of the oven at the earlier end of suggested baking time range for softer cookies, and leave cookies in the oven until the end of suggested baking time range for crispier cookies.
ONCE OUT OF THE OVEN leave on baking sheet for 5 minutes, then de-pan cookies onto cooling rack and let cool for an additional 15 min.
